1.Free Trial & Credit System
(1) New users receive 60 complimentary credits upon registration(2) Different AI models have varying credit costs - see pricing page for details(3) Additional credits available through subscription plans
2.Subscription Plans
(1) Monthly and annual billing options available(2) Different tiers with varying credit amounts and discounts(3) Automatic renewal unless cancelled(4) Payment via credit card or PayPal
3.Subscription Management
(1) Cancel anytime through billing management page(2) Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period(3) Email confirmation sent within 7 days of cancellation
4.Refund Policy
(1) To request a full or partial refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of purchase. Failed delivery, duplicate charges, and statutory consumer rights are handled as described in our Refund Policy.(2) Eligible purchases may receive a partial refund after deducting the cost of consumed credits and applicable processing fees, where permitted by law. 5.Communication & Notifications
