1.Free Trial & Credit System
(1) New users receive 60 complimentary credits upon registration(2) Different AI models have varying credit costs - see pricing page for details(3) Additional credits available through subscription plans
2.Subscription Plans
(1) Monthly and annual billing options available(2) Different tiers with varying credit amounts and discounts(3) Automatic renewal unless cancelled(4) Payment via credit card or PayPal
3.Subscription Management
(1) Cancel anytime through billing management page(2) Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period(3) Email confirmation sent within 7 days of cancellation
4.Refund Policy
(1) Refund requests accepted within 3 days of purchase(2) Refunds reduced by consumed credits and processing fees(3) Usage limits for refund eligibility:(4) - Max 5 AI image generations(5) - Max 3 AI video generations(6) - Max 50 free AI tool requests
5.Communication & Notifications
(1) Order confirmation email sent after purchase(2) Transaction receipts for all successful charges(3) Renewal reminder 7 days before next billing date(4) Important account updates and policy changes
