Welcome to heydream.im, an AI-powered image and video generation platform (the "Service") operated by Hey Dream Tech Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://heydream.im (the "Site") and the Service. Please read them before using the Service. Breaches may result in rejection or removal of content and suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

5. User Content

• Ownership and Responsibility: You retain ownership of any content, including images, text, or other materials, that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.

6. License to heydream.im

• License to heydream.im: By submitting User Content, you grant heydream.im a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

7. Content Restrictions

• Content Restrictions: You must have the rights and permissions required to use any images, video, audio, likenesses, or other materials you submit. Prohibited content includes: (a) material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other third-party rights; (b) unauthorized face swaps, voice cloning, or deceptive impersonation, including misleading deepfakes and forged records; (c) personal or confidential information disclosed without consent or another lawful basis; (d) any sexual exploitation or abuse of children, including synthetic depictions, or other content that exploits or endangers minors; (e) adult, pornographic, sexually explicit (NSFW), or non-consensual intimate material; (f) graphic violence, threats, or content that encourages suicide, self-harm, hatred, discrimination, extremism, or terrorism; (g) content that facilitates criminal activity, fraud, or unsolicited spam; and (h) malware or other code intended to cause harm. These restrictions apply to uploads, generation, and sharing. We may restrict or remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts. 8. Intellectual Property

• Hey Dream AI Ownership: The Service is licensed, not sold. Hey Dream AI and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Site, Service, and Hey Dream AI Content (software, text, graphics, logos, etc.). We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Any new payment will automatically extend the duration of your Premium Access and Credits by the corresponding period associated with the new payment.

13. Refunds

• Refunds: Full or partial refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and the refund provisions of our Subscription Terms. Eligible partial refunds may deduct the cost of consumed credits and applicable processing fees where permitted by law. 14. Termination
